So I am currently in the process of getting my picture archive organised and I am downloading pretty much anything I can find, that I don't already have - which is basically all non-Brian related stuff. It is a humongous task, but fun at the same time.

However, there is nothing more depressing than discovering that some of the older pictures (the one's downloaded while still using dial up) are of serious crappy quality. Even more depressing is finding that none of the sites have said pictures uploaded. Seriously, did every major Backstreet site have gallery issues in 2008? Hardly any have older stuff up, and if they do IT IS NOT THE ONE'S I REQUIRE.

Also, today trumpeterofdoom and I decided to dedicate one day each month to a specific colour so we can do a picspam of Brian and AJ on brian_weekly and aj366. WE ARE THAT COOL, YO. You should know that January is PINK. That is all.

I am totally loving have a new comm to play with.*coughs*brian_weekly*coughs* I have spent most of the day going through my picture archive, finding stuff for posts in January. So far I am set for AJ's birthday, Nick's birthday, crossover month, threesome day and I have a big giant look back post for new years.

Last night I could not sleep and I ended up thinking up an entire ficlet that concerned Brian/Nick. I keep procrastinating and haven't opened up Word yet to type it up, even though I remember it perfectly which is hugely unusual for me.

It is kind of sucky that Christmas is now over and I have to return to work tomorrow. Definitely not looking forward to waking up at 6am, not at all. Nope. I do have the joy of only working 3 days this week, but still, who would choose work over staying at home, lazing in their pajamas, drinking tea and eating kit kats all day?

So far, I have had a fabulous Christmas. I have eaten far too much, and yesterday drank a little too much (so much so that I have little wine left for today - woe!) but overall a good day was had yesterday. It is only the three of us so it's been quite cosy and relaxing.

I made the mistake of proclaiming my love for Penguins in October so they featured rather a lot in my gifts. A LOT. However, Penguins are awesome so that is okay. Best present I would have to say was a box set of ALL TEN SEASONS OF FRIENDS!!1! Yes, my mum is that awesome.

Today will be spent eating more food, drinking more whatever-is-left, and playing games - followed by some movies. Then Saturday mum goes back to work so I can ressume my preparations for the AWESOME-BRIAN-COMMUNITY-OF-DOOM. It is coming, yo!

ETA: My lack of Christmas-sy icon is really upsetting.

So, after an overwhelming response from two people (w00t!!) I have decided a Brian community is what I shall create. Which I have done. I shall premiere to you all on December 31st. So over the next few days I shall be making a lot of icons (because I have 105 empty spaces!).

So yes, be prepared for lots of Brian goodness next year!

Would anyone be opposed to me opening up a Brian Littrell news/discussion/media community? I kinda miss the buzz of sharing Brian goodness with fandom. I also feel I need to squee about Brian in a better place than my personal journal (not that much happens in my life for me to post about... I digress.)

It would be on a similar footing to the 366 communities, but without the worry of actually updating every day. I know there is still in existance a brian366 community (that hasn't been updated in a LONG time) so I just want to put my idea out there because I don't want to tread on anyone's toes.
