Edumacating time!

My books arrived yesterday for my Forensic Science course and after a quick skim through, I managed to completely freak out and wonder what the hell I was doing. However, I put them away and decided to worry about it later.

I opened the study guide today and after reading the first few pages it doesn't seem as scary as I initially thought. The page I opened it at yesterday had a bunch of chemical abbreviations and my brain was like "WHAAAAAAA......" so yes. Overall I'm excited about it, I think it's gonna be good to think about something different and focus my head elsewhere for a little while.

Also, Nick. *sigh* I doubt there's much I can say that hasn't already been said by my flist. I can honestly say that I'm surprised to the extent of his problems with drugs (though maybe not the booze) - however, I'm glad that he's managed to pull his life together. It is no secret that my love for Nick has grown over the last year, so I really do wish him well.
