Sorry for this, but I need to pimp this new section for my website as there are a lot of writers here (though I'm pretty sure the amount reading this journal is slim, but I thought I'd take a shot). I'll just copy my announcement from OV.NET -
Some of you may remember this feature on OV.net. Basically it was a place where a select group of writers could write essays about Brian/BSB, giving their opinion on a wide range of subjects concerning the fandom. There were also opportunities to vote in polls, give comments on these articles among other things.
Anyway, I'd really like for this section to make a return to the website and I'm looking for about 4 - 6 writers who would like to join as a team to write essays. We wouldn't write them together, more so, you'd write them whenever you feel the need to 'sound off' about something concerning Brian and the BSB.
If you are interested in becoming an essay writer (and yes, writing essays can be fun when written about your favourite group!) then please send me an email! - Please give your name (or a name you want to be known as), email address, and a short mini-essay of no more than 200 words why you would make a good addition to a team of writers. If I like what I read I will reply within 1-2 days.
This is to stimulate some discussion and debate in the BSB world. We're all full of opinions on the Boys, so let's get them out there!
