So Valentine's Day is approaching and I'm giddy with the fact that this year, I will have someone to celebrate it this year. Then my boyfriend found out he's working late that day. So instead OUR Valentine's day will be on the 15th. And I think he's booked somewhere at a resturant. EEEEE!!!
I went to buy him a gift and a card today - the only problem is is that this is new for me, having boyfriends, so thinking what to get him was difficult. I settled on the book Jarhead because 1) he said he was going to see the film the other day, so figured he'd like the book and 2) he wants to join the Marines. Its not romantic in the slightest, but there you go, I don't wanna go overboard, we've only been dating for just over a month. (go me!)
I've been reading The Da Vinci Code - wasn't sure if I was gonna like it. LOVE IT! Very interesting, and its also re-instilled my love of art which is awesome. I'm almost done with it, I'm making it a mission to read as many books as possible this year. So far I'm up to 3 (once I've finished this one).
Also Brian will be on the radio in 45 minutes. But there's a chance it will be dubbed over in German. And that sucks major monkey balls. Edit: Not only dubbed in German but also with a backing track. Genious! *sigh*
